      北京土木建筑学会热能动力委员会是由建筑热能动力专业人士自愿组成的、不以盈利为目的的专业性学术团体。其主要职能是：为广大建筑热能动力专业人员提供学术研究、支持、交流等服务，为社会主义市场经济服务；协调本行业内外部关系，维护建筑热能动力专业人员的合法权益；倡导行业学术研究，促进会员不断提高理论水平和专业技能，促进建筑热能动力行业的健康发展。热能动力委员会一方面服务于政府，及时将建筑热能动力行业的节能、科技发展等变化趋势、建议与要求反馈给政府主管部门，以便政府制定相应的政策法规；另一方面，服务于建筑热能动力部门及全体会员，做到管理与服务相结合，监督与提高相结合，目前正将热能动力委员会办成一个“政府信任、机构依托、会员依赖”的具有创新意识的高效率办事机构。

    As an non-profit academic association composed of voluntary professionals specialized in the building thermal power field, Thermal Power Committee of the Civil Engineering Architectural Society of Beijing (CEASB) aims to provide academic research, support and exchange for professionals, serve for the socialist market economy, coordinate both internal and external relationship of the sector to safeguard legitimate rights of the professionals, advocate academic research of the thermal power field to improve theoretical and professional levels of its members, and promote development of the building thermal power sector.The Committee, on one hand, serves for the government to timely feedback energy-saving and technological tendency, recommendations and requirements of the industry to the government, on which the government can base for formulating policies and codes. On the other hand, the Committee serves for the building thermal power sector and its members in integrating management and service, supervision and improvement, in an attempt to build an innovative and efficient administrative organization trusted and supported by the government, institutions and members.
